Financial statements are presented to the board semi-annually.  Audited, reviews and annual financial statements are posted when approved by the board.  The budget is based on a fiscal year from October 1st - September 31st.

The last three fiscal years, October 2003-September 2006 for the Association, are being audited by Ingalls & Ingalls. Once the reports have been received by the board they will be posted on this web page.
