Located just 20 miles south of Steamboat Springs and 6 miles west of Oak Creek, on a hillside overlooking Stagecoach Reservoir and nestled among the aspens on Schussmark Trail, is the community of the Stagecoach Townhomes.  There are 15 buildings, 6 units in each, 90 units total.
